Booking Policies

INCLUDED IN THE STAY:

*Breakfast (served in the indoor-outdoor social areas according to weather/availability);

*Parking (without coverage);

*Internet (with unlimited speed, which the guest can access for free).

CHECK IN TIME:

14:00h – It is mandatory to present a personal document – ​​RG or CPF and complete guest registration – (available on the website)

CHECK OUT TIME:

12:00 (noon)

EARLY CHECK IN POLICY: If there is a need for early entry, this can be released upon prior negotiation and availability.

LATE CHECK OUT POLICY:

If there is a need to extend the departure time, it may be released upon prior negotiation and availability, where the following fees will be charged:

- Between 12:00 and 18:00 will be charged the current counter rate with 50% discount.

- For departures after 18:00, a full day will be charged at the same amount as the reservation rate.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  1. Reservations via website/e-mail/phone: Credit card for prepayment of the total (100%) of the accommodation.

  2. Reservations directly at the inn (upon availability): Payment of daily rates directly at check-in.

  3. Advance deposit of the total amount (100%) of accommodation and extra activities and meals.

  4. Credit card for advance charge of the total amount (100%) of extra accommodation, activities and meals.

*(extras, when available, will be credited during the daily rate and paid at check-out)

*Pre reservations without payment confirmation are valid for 2 days (48h races).

PAYMENT METHODS:

  1. Bank Deposit (It is necessary to send the receipt with reservation number via WhatsApp or email to be attached when closing the invoice).

  2. Direct at the property (upon availability), upon check-in.

  3. Virtual cards: Previously accredited customers.

CHILDREN POLICY: Guests over 16 are welcome

ANIMAL POLICY: Animals are not allowed in accommodation and experiences

VISITORS CONTROL: According to the “Visitors Policy”, for security reasons, visitors are not allowed to enter the apartments, these visits may be received in the social areas. If the visitor has to go up to the apartment, he will be charged DAILY FOR 2 PAX (will be charged to the guest's account).

LAUNDRY: We do not provide laundry service.

ISSUE OF INVOICES: Espaço Vivêncial Novos Aromas (INSERT COMPANY NAME AND CNPJ) will issue a bill of accommodation at the time of Checkout in the name of the individual or legal entity indicated through the reservation request email at the closing of invoice.

1st COPY: Delivered to the guest by hand

2nd COPY: Sent via e-mail to the e-mail informed when booking.

LOSS OF KEYS / CONTROLS: The loss of the aforementioned items will be charged at R$ 50.00 each and will be recorded as a lodging expense and charged at the time of check out.

PRECAUTIONS: As these are field and outdoor activities, we are not responsible for people with allergies to animal and plant insects from the local biome, and the guest is aware of their physical and health conditions in view of exposure to nature.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE:

Up to 48 hours in advance: Cancellation can be done free of charge, up to 48 hours in advance of the guest's arrival date. Outside this period, they will be subject to charges according to the regulation.

  1. Up to 24 hours in advance: Cancellations within 24 hours (one day) will be charged corresponding to 50% of the amount paid for the package purchased in advance of previous appointments made with the partners of Vivência Novos Aromas.

 

NO SHOW POLICY:

Guaranteed reservations will be held until the scheduled check-in date (until 14:00). In case of non-attendance or formalization of contact, the daily rates and activities chosen will be charged in full.
